07:15 Passengers who have booked shuttle bus service will gather at 23 Phan Dinh Phung Street, Ba Dinh District, Hanoi for departure to Halong. Or you can arrange transportation on your own to Ambassador’s Check-in Lounge in Halong City.

09:45 Arrive at Ambassador's Check-in Lounge in Halong City at B135 - B138 Halong Street, Bai Chay, Halong, Quang Ninh.
10:00 After that, you will be transferred to Ambassador Cruise and given a short briefing about Ambassador Cruise while sipping your welcome drink at Piano Lounge or restaurant.
10:00 – 11:30 Enjoy sightseeing while the Ambassador Cruise passes by thousands of majestic limestone islets in Halong Bay and Bai Tu Long Bay.
11:30 – 12:30 Explore Sung Sot Cave – the largest and most magnificent cave in the bay featuring marvelous and mysterious thousand-year-old stalactites in a variety of unique forms.
